Our main focus is contract manufacturing, and almost all of our products are customer products made to customer specifications. Consequently, we are unable to sell them. If you provide us with drawings, we will begin a study for a suitable product design.

We are contracted to manufacture many genuine products of equipment manufacturers. We do not sell copies of other products. Please submit product inquiries based on your own design. If you wish to modify a product for research and development applications, please contact us for a consultation. Please be aware that conditions will apply.

We try to propose materials as best as we can based on your application. Please refer to the Introduction to our technology page.

Yes, of course. We handle even small lots with the highest level of professionalism. We often encounter cases where we manufacture only a single product every 2 years. We consider the best possible method that will not incur significant die/mold or jig costs to try and meet customer requirements as best as possible.

On the contrary, we are less adept at handling large parts. Our strength lies in manufacturing parts of size that are picked up with tweezers or fingers.

We can perform vacuum heat treatment in high vacuum chambers and ultra-high vacuum chambers at temperatures ranging from several hundred °C up to 1,000°C.

Yes, we can. The yield may also be necessary depending on the specifications. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

The hole diameter dimensional tolerance depends on the size of the hole diameter, but the standard tolerance is generally ±10% of the hole diameter. We can produce parts with hole tolerance of up to ±1 μm. Please contact us for more details.

We support not only RoHS compliance and REACH, but even chemSHERPA files. Please contact us as soon as possible.

We ship products by FedEx or DHL, and deal in JPY, USD, CAD, and EUR. We communicate in English or Chinese.

With the exception of certain locations such as remote islands, product estimates include domestic shipping fees. When shipping products overseas, we ship products by EXW airmail, and charge for shipping and any customs duties.

Generally, we ship products by courier.

We are used to signing NDAs. We also offer consultations to the extent that we are able to disclose.

Yes. We not only issued material certificates, but can also respond with a Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT).

Even if you have no drawings, we can discuss your requirements based on sketches or ideas you have written down. We can also create drawings and models.

We do not currently have catalog parts or general-purpose products based on Daiwa designs. Please feel free to bring your ideas to us.
