Electron optical system parts, extractor electrodes, and anodes

Various electrode parts are used in electron microscopes and electron beam optical devices. Because these parts are used in a vacuum, they require a high degree of cleanliness, and because they are parts through which electron beams accelerated at high voltages pass, they can be troublesome because even the slightest burr can cause them to discharge.
At Daiwa, we can mirror-finish the surfaces of these parts, and any burrs in the center hole are completely removed. We carry out precision cleaning to ensure that parts are vacuum compatible, and we can also pre-bake them if necessary.
